A Family Reunification Visa allows eligible family members of foreigners or Polish citizens to legally enter Poland and live together with their relatives.
After arriving in Poland, family members can apply for a Temporary Residence Permit for Family Reunification (Karta Pobytu) if they meet the legal requirements.

- Stepchild In Certain Cases
The sponsor living in Poland must have a legal residence status that allows family reunification.

You may bring your family to Poland if you legally live in Poland based on:
- Permanent Residence Permit
- Have Valid Karta Polaka with Visa (This does not apply to all embassies β please check with them directly)
- EU Long-Term Resident Permit
- Refugee Status or Subsidiary Protection or Humanitarian Protection
- EU Blue Card
- Temporary Residence Permit Held For At Least 2 Years (With The Current Permit Valid For At Least 1 More Year Before Applying)

1) Go to https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl and choose your country

2) Click on “Wiza Krajowa β WypeΕnij Formularz” to fill in the application form

3) Complete the Captcha
4) Download and print out the application form. Complete the form and book an appointment at Polish Embassy by phone or email
