All hormonal contraceptives in Poland are prescription-only. You can obtain a prescription from a doctor or from a pharmacist for emergency contraception under the national programme.
Contraceptives are available in almost every pharmacy. Average price is 80-120 PLN for 1 pill.

You can get a prescription by visiting:
- Family doctor (POZ)
- Gynecologist
- Private clinic
- Telemedicine doctor (Online)
- or at Pharmacy or that has a contract with the NFZ (You can check the pharmacies here)
